Dr. Frank Xue gave a keynote talk on the 2023 Forum of Smart City and Smart Construction in Wuhan International Expo Center on 5 May

Dr. Frank Xue gave a keynote talk “Fully automatic scan-to-BIM: Consolidation of unsupervised, supervised, and reinforced learning” on the 2023 Forum of Smart City and Smart Construction cum the 2023 Smart Construction Conference of Architectural Society of China, in Wuhan International Expo Center, Wuhan, on 5 May. He also joined the Smart Construction Scientific Committee of Architectural Society of China, as the only member from Hong Kong, with a service term from 2023 to 2028 and attended the annual meeting of the Smart Construction Scientific Committee of Architectural Society of China, in Wuhan on 6 May.
